The wire can be buried directly into the ground without needing an electrical conduit, and you can place the flags about 10cm inside the boundary line. 

After the cable is buried and the system is turned on, you can attach the collar to your dog and begin your training sessions. Always stand on the safe side of the fence when you call your dog. If you're on the forbidden side of the fence, use stay and sit commands to help reinforce the desired behaviours.
